COUNSELING INTERN (She/Her)

Kaitlyn Dube

I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with resilience and clarity. Specializing in Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, and personality disorders. I help individuals develop practical skills for emotional well-being, self-awareness, and personal growth.

I aspire to be a therapist to challenge and dispel the biases often associated with mental health and the therapy journey as a whole. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space for individuals who feel lost, alone, confused, or overwhelmed by the complexities of daily life—acknowledging that everyone's experience is unique and deeply personal.

I am currently completing my clinical training at Mindful Possibilities while pursuing a M. Ed. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Texas Christian University.
