With extensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Gottman Method for couples, I bring a rich and varied toolkit to our sessions. These approaches help in crafting personalized strategies that are not only effective but sustainable.
